Post-conferencing
Ending the session
The session will be ended with the
chairperson concluding the session and summarizing the discussion. The chairperson will then thank everyone on
their participation and if there need be, a follow-up meeting will be held.
Hardware
shut down
The participants must log off their Google
account and then shutting down the computers after the video conference session. If they fail to log out, other people may be
able to access their account and alter it.
